First Birthday!!

Halfway through September, Grant turned 1 year old!  I can't believe how fast the time has gone.  My little baby is already a big toddler (at least he hasn't quite started walking yet!)  I worked on his actual birthday (seriously, I work twice a month and it had to be that day?!?!) but since he didn't know or care, we celebrated two days later.  That actually worked better since it was a Saturday and more family could come.  We just had a little party with family and friends, cake, ice cream, and, of course, presents!  He didn't quite know what to do with his own little cake or all the wrapped presents but it was fun to watch him and I think he enjoyed it!

I got a cake book and just had to try this one out!
