Zoo

I took Grant to the zoo for the first time in March.  We went with my brother and his family on one of the nice sunny days.  Of course, that meant there were a lot more people there too.  It wasn't too crowded though, and we had a good time.  Grant even paid attention to some of the animals :)

 Getting a picture with the giant elephant was not easy

and of course he wouldn't look!

 He was totally enthralled with the seals.

 Well, they almost both looked at me....

 The polar bear was really active while we were there.

The kids really enjoyed watching him swim/jump back and

forth between the rocks.

Grant seemed to like the giraffes.

They were feeding the tiger right when we got there

so he was pretty active too!

I made my niece get a picture with the fountain I always

loved/feared as a kid :)
